Just a note of thanks. The first order we received had two bowls that had broken during shipping. I contacted Customer Service, explained the situation and included photos.
A very, very short time later⁸ I received an email from Merae notifying me that my replacements were on their way to me.
We received our package today and the bowls were perfect, due in no small part to an incredible packaging job. Honestly, I don't remember if I've ever seen anything packaged so carefully.
Thank you very much for your excellent customer service, and the high quality of the bowls we received. My family is looking forward to buying, with confidence from your company again!
